• You’re responsible for shipping your items to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Be sure to include your printed receipt in your package. Ship your package to ME Repairs, 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Ste H120-188, Katy, TX 77494.
• Your repair cost may change upon evaluation of the needed repairs. You’ll be invoiced for any additional charges and we’ll begin your repair upon receipt of payment.
• We’ll re-bead the materials you provide to the specified size.
• Leftover beads will be returned to you.
• If the materials you provide are not sufficient for the size you specify, please purchase an adjustment as well.
• We strongly recommend you measure your bracelet and your wrist to know what kind of adjustment you need.
• Adjustments and repairs may change the design of your jewelry. You may specify your preferred design in the notes, but we cannot guarantee it.
• We’ll cover the cost to ship your repaired items to you.
• The repair cost is based on each item. If multiple repairs are needed, please add each repair to your cart.
• Repair costs are non-refundable.
