• If the elastic is extended when you have it on, then it may be too small. 
• Does it easily slip off? It may be too large.

• Your repair cost may change upon evaluation of the needed repairs. You’ll be invoiced for any additional charges and we’ll begin your repair upon receipt of payment.
• We strongly recommend you measure your bracelet and your wrist to know what kind of adjustment you need.
• Adjustments and repairs may change the design of your jewelry.
• Any extra beads will be returned to you.
• We’ll cover the cost to ship your repaired items to you.
• Repair cost is based on each item. If multiple repairs are needed, please add each repair to your cart.
• Repair costs are non-refundable.
